We primarily use our bespoke dual-GPU A6000 server racks. Alternatively, we occasionally deploy a disguise RX + VX solution.

Do you have parking available on-site?

We do have parking onsite for 16 cars however additional local parking/unit base facilities are available for overflow should it be required. Please contact contact@marsvolume.com for additional details.

Do you have catering facilities on-site?

We do not have in house catering facilities at MARS Volume, however you are welcome to outsource catering which can be set up in Studio B, or outside our facility.

Are there green room / dressing room / production office facilities?

We have a 4000sq.ft blank studio space next door to the main LED Volume in Studio B. This is a customisable space where green rooms / dressing rooms / production spaces can be set up and the space can be tailored to your production’s needs.

What is your Wi-Fi capacity?

We provide 50mbps per user for clients as a standard, however this can be upgraded for a fee if required.

Do you have studio plans, 3D stage models / objs?

What hours will we have access to the studio? Can we run into overtime, if necessary?

Our studio’s standard operating hours for shoots are between 8 – 7 PM.

Overtime outside these standard hours will incur an extra fee.

What is the day rate at MARS Volume?

Exact pricing will depend on your project’s requirements. Indicative pricing begins from £15k per day for plate playback and realtime production. Please get in touch for a quote for your project.

What are your standard payment terms?

Payment terms are immediate (+0 days). We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure a booking, with the final 50% due on the first day of the client booking.

Once booked, date changes are not permitted and any subsequent movement will require a new booking and deposit.

What insurances are required?

We require all clients to have Public Liability Insurance of £10M.

Is there drive in access to the studio?

Yes, both studios A & B have full drive in access straight from our front car park into the studio.

Do you have tables chairs available?

We have approximately 15 wooden tables and 25 chairs that can be used by incoming production if needed.

Do you allow haze/smoke machines/sfx on the Volume?

Yes, we just need to be made aware of any sfx that is planning to be used in advance. Any smoke or haze machines must be water based.

Can you use rain machines on the Volume?

Yes you can, rain and water effects work amazingly on the Volume, however if you are planning on using any kind of sfx please make us aware as soon as possible to ensure that your incoming system is safe to use in the Studio.
